Use the form to describe your app. A service partner that designs and builds mobile apps will reply to talk it through. Don't worry about technical terms; describe what people should be able to do.
What makes a useful brief
- The problem. What happens today without the app, and what should change.
- Users and roles. Customers, staff, admins, and what each needs to do.
- Must-haves for version one. Keep this list short; everything else can follow.
- Platforms. iOS, Android, both, or unsure.
- Existing systems. Booking, CRM, payments, inventory or anything the app must connect to.
- Timing. Any fixed date, such as a season or event, and why it matters.
- Existing app. If you're replacing or updating one, who built it and what access you have.
What drives cost
Estimates mainly depend on the number of screens and user roles, how much custom design you want, the integrations and backend needed, offline support, payments, the number of platforms and the testing involved. Discovery often brings the estimate down by cutting features that don't need to be in the first release. This site doesn't publish prices; you'll get a written estimate for your project.
What happens next
- You get a reply by email or phone with follow-up questions.
- A call to walk through the app and your priorities.
- A written scope and estimate, or a proposal for a short discovery phase first.
